We’ll move slowly and intentionally with simple, nourishing sequences that blend yoga-inspired movement, grounding breathwork, and a touch of meditation — all created with moms in mind. No fancy poses, no pressure, just space to move, breathe, and feel good again.
After class, we’ll spend a few minutes chatting and connecting — because sometimes, what we really need is to be seen, heard, and supported by other moms who get it. 💛
