Remaining Balance & Payment Plans

After the initial non-refundable deposit has been applied, the remaining balance of the retreat investment will be paid according to the individual payment plan selected by the Participant during their registration process and discussed during their enrollment call.

The total retreat investment for the Serene Moms Retreat is $2,300 USD.

Participants may be enrolled in one of the following payment structures:

Option 1 – Monthly Payment Plan

• Remaining balance: $2,100 USD

• 10 monthly payments of $210 USD

• Payments are scheduled on or around the 15th of each month until the balance is paid in full.

Option 2 – Split Payment Plan

• $1,000 USD payment due April 20, 2026

• The remaining balance will then be paid through a 12-month payment plan beginning the following month.

• Monthly payments will be processed according to the payment schedule agreed upon between the Participant and Serene Moms LLC.

Custom Payment Plans

In some cases, individualized payment plans may be arranged directly between the Participant and Serene Moms LLC. These payment schedules will follow the terms discussed during the enrollment call and may also be confirmed via follow-up email communication.

Payment Processing Authorization

By signing this agreement, the Participant authorizes Serene Moms LLC to process payments using the payment method on file according to the payment schedule associated with their selected plan.

Payments may be processed either through automated billing or manually by Serene Moms LLC in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Additional Terms

This document outlines the payment structure for participation in the Serene Moms Retreat. Additional details regarding retreat participation, policies, responsibilities, and financial obligations are outlined in the Serene Moms Retreat Waiver and Participation Agreement, which all participants are required to review and sign prior to attending the retreat.

By signing this agreement, the Participant acknowledges that they have also reviewed and agreed to the terms outlined in the retreat waiver.
