Emotional Freedom Tapping Yin Yoga Session

🌙 EFT Yin Yoga

This class blends the deep stillness of Yin Yoga with the emotional release and nervous system support of EFT Tapping. In this restorative practice, we move slowly, hold grounding shapes, and gently tap on acupressure points to soften stress stored in the body.

As you settle into each yin posture, you’ll be guided through simple EFT affirmations and tapping sequences that help you:

  • Release tension from the hips, heart, and shoulders
  • Let go of emotional heaviness, mom-guilt, and mental overload
  • Calm your nervous system and signal safety to the body
  • Reconnect with your intuition, softness, and inner wisdom
