This members-only Spirit Guide Meditation is a sacred, grounding experience designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect with the deeper support that surrounds you—especially during the tender, demanding season of motherhood.
A spirit guide meditation gently invites you to connect with the guiding energies that walk alongside you, offering wisdom, protection, reassurance, and clarity. This practice is not about “doing it right” or seeing anything specific—it’s about creating space to listen, receive, and feel supported.
During this live session, Hannah will guide you through a calming meditation that may help you:
Settle your nervous system and quiet mental overwhelm
Strengthen your intuition and inner trust
Feel supported, guided, and less alone
Receive insight, messages, or a deep sense of peace
Connect energetically with other moms in our community
Every experience is unique. Some moms may receive images or emotions, others may simply feel grounded and rested. All experiences are welcome and valid.
